BECOME AN SCAA MEMBER.
For over fifty years (since 1972), our all volunteer supported organization has been advancing all forms of cultural arts in the Cobb County and metro Atlanta communities. By supporting SCAA, you can proudly be able to:
• Support the arts through SCAA programming
• Enjoy cultural art and its expression
• Participate in community events promoting the art of local, national and student artworks in exhibits, public placement projects, classes or events such as our festival.
• Display your artwork in group or solo exhibits
• Promote your business to the arts community
• Socialize with others who support the arts
• Advance public art and your local artist community
Your sponsorship and/or membership in SCAA means so much to our community and assists us in expanding our events and community offerings. Show your support for art by becoming a part of the largest and oldest arts group in Cobb County. Membership is very affordable and directly benefits the all-volunteer supported organization, our local artists, and our community endeavors. And, your membership provides all kinds of opportunities for you, your friends and your family to experience the arts!

SCAA is an all volunteer supported non-profit organization with a passion to bring art to the public forum and to support local art, artists, art educators and their students, and our communities. Our volunteers are the backbone of this organization. Nothing that SCAA does would be possible without volunteers. Board members, Committee Chairs, Leaders and all who are working events, posting notices, interacting with the community, engaging in special projects are unpaid volunteers.
Who Can Become a Volunteer?
INDIVIDUAL VOLUNTEERS: No artistic qualifications required to volunteer. Beginning artists to professional artists, crafters, designers, families, educators, students, and community leaders are needed. Positions include one time events, committees to Board positions.
ORGANIZATION VOLUNTEERS: Volunteers with a Business, an Organization, or a Group who wish to outreach to the community by assisting with art related projects and events.
SERVICE CREDIT VOLUNTEERS: If you wish to participate for Service Credit, please advise in advance and Service Credit documentation will be provided after you participate as a volunteer.
