South Cobb Arts Alliance is truly honored to have the Georgia Symphony Orchestra join as an Arts Collaborative Partner at SCAA’s annual National Juried Exhibit- a blend of performing arts within the “ART AT THE AVENUE” national juried art exhibit with 150 pieces of art on display.
For over 70 years, the Georgia Symphony Orchestra has engaged audiences through imaginative programming, visionary leadership, and critically acclaimed performances. With over 20,000 patrons annually and 700 people who make music in their ensembles, the Georgia Symphony Orchestra offers musical opportunities to the greater North Georgia and Metro-Atlanta region. The organization is built on the foundation of music appreciation and community involvement.
Join Georgia Symphony Orchestra Principal Harp Julie Koenig and Music Director Timothy Verville for an informal and informative trip through time!
This performance will be held beginning at the Avenue of West Cobb at 1: 00 PM on AUGUST 28.
The venue is set up for the SCAA’s 50th Anniversary and our annual National Juried Art Exhibit with 150 pieces of art on display. As a free event, there are no reservations, with available seating space limited on a first come first served basis. More information is available at southcobbarts.org.
