Imaginary Worlds- Digital Photography Exhibit

SCAA Staff

Imaginary Worlds Exhibition will be on view until October 29, 2018 at the Mable House Arts Center.

Imaginary Worlds challenges artists to utilize digital technology, to alter their original photographic image, to create unique and impossible realities.

Picture a world of fantasy… an escape from real life, limited only by your imagination and your technical skills. It can be a world created from a single digitally manipulated photograph, or a composite of multiple images… if you can imagine it, you can create it.

See the pictures, the digital photography artwork and you will be inspired by the artists and their visions.

 AWARDS were presented as follows:

First Place Prize:  TOKIE TAYLOR for  Journey

Second Place Prize:  JOHN MCGINN for  Wired

Third Place Prize:  JANET NEWTON for I on earth

Award of Merit:  Vivienne Oestergaard for Venice
