Art Exhibit Receptions

ART AT THE AVENUE RECEPTIONS:  JULY 15  and AUGUST 4 from 5-7pm

Let’s celebrate art in an event with a focus on all of the ARTS. Event open at Suite 830, Avenue West Cobb on Friday-Sunday July 15-August 5.

Getting together as artists, SCAA members, community and the public to celebrate the SCAA Arts at the Avenue 2023, a National Juried Exhibit event.

July 15 the exhibit opens at 2pm. Reception music by Valerie Waters begins with the Middle-High School Student Art Awards beginning at 4pm by judges Mario D. Robinson, Angelo T. Robinson and Jerald “Levar” Robinson. And, from 5-7pm National Juried Exhibit Awards and Reception begins with judging results by Kathy Rennell Forbes.

August 4 exhibit area opens 10am.  Reception on August 4 begins at  5-7pm on the eve of the final day of the event with performances by Whitefield Jazz Academy Band.  (Event closes Saturday, August 5 at 5pm.)
