I am a portrait and fine art photographer based in Smyrna. In addition to my portrait business, I shoot a variety of landscape and nature photos, as well as abstract and macro (close-up) images.
A photograph is more than just a picture capturing an image, it is a memory that can be kept forever. My approach to every session is for my lens to capture the moment beyond the image. Every click of the shutter showcases memories that will last well beyond your photo session.
It is important for me to connect personally with my clients so that I can capture not only their beauty, but the personality in each photo. My goal is not only for my client, but those looking at the photo, to see the story behind the image. Whether it’s a personal memory of the session or the story portrayed through the life of the photograph, a LBDP photo takes you on a journey, even if just for a few minutes.
Over the last decade, I’ve dedicated countless hours to creating art that can be cherished by your family for years to come. Now, with the introduction of Liz by Design Photography’s Organics Collection, you can own high-end, museum quality prints that display some of the most beautiful and frame-worthy aspects of nature. When you purchase a piece from the Organics Collection, you’re investing in high-quality nature photographs that will not only be a statement piece in your home but will be treasured beyond our lifetime.
My intention for the Liz by Design Organics Collection is to allow my patrons to own unique, heirloom pieces of art which can be displayed proudly and passed down between generations. Each piece of wall art from the Organics Collection is museum-quality, professionally framed, and one-of-a-kind.

A little about MRamy Images
The purpose of my photography is to capture and express the beauty of Nature that has been a major influence in my life from childhood till today. Through the years I have improved my photographic skills while developing a particular sensitivity for capturing the essential esthetics and the importance of wildlife.
Born and raised in the Atlanta, Georgia area; I have been an avid Outdoorsman, Naturalist, Scuba Diver and Award-Winning Videographer and Photographer for the better part of my life and enjoy nature with a passion. My childhood and teenage years were a great adventure, as I spent all my summers, holidays and available weekends at my Grandfather’s ranch in Ocala, Florida on the Ocklawaha River or my Great Uncle’s farm in Fort Gaines, Georgia on the Chattahoochee River. These two locations offered nature, wildlife and river life at its best. The Natural World today is shrinking at an alarming rate. Many of the locations that I explored as a teenager and young adult in the 1960’s and 1970’s are no longer the pristine natural environments that I enjoyed.
I continue my outdoor adventures to this day with photography and river exploration aboard a custom designed camera boat built for the types of waters my clients and I tour for research, scuba diving, photography, bird watching or to simply access unspoiled nature at its best. I have a working knowledge of most all the navigable rivers and lakes in the Southeastern United States. A great deal of effort, planning, expense and countless hours in the field goes into the capturing of the photos in my ‘Nature Galleries’. My photography affords me the opportunity to convey the ‘Art of Nature’ towards educational pursuits. The proceeds from the sale and use of my images and my Guided River Tours are reinvested into my conservational efforts. My Services and Galleries are available for viewing at http://www.mikieproductions.com along with additional information about my photographic journeys. Thanks for taking the time to view my body of work and for purchasing my images for your own collection. Your contribution is helping to promote the awareness and preservation of Nature for future generations.
- Jenn Fletcher has been photographing various subjects since the late 1990’s, and currently brings her love of the natural world more into light through her photographic work, sharing details which are often overlooked. Bringing science and conservation into her artistic themes, she has been traveling a path that closely intertwines her personal artwork with that of her home life, and her local role in childhood education and wildlife conservation. She’s been published and exhibited internationally, but like her place-based subjects, enjoys focusing on the southeastern region of the US that she calls home.
"I feel it is in the heart, not the eye that should determine the content of the photograph. What the eyes see is its own, what the heart can perceive is a different matter." Gordon Parks My career has been in technology but a little over 2 years ago I picked up a camera and discovered my passion. One would think I would ease into the technical aspects of photography but it has been quite the opposite. Capturing images has provided me the expressive voice of what could be understood as my soul. There is a lot of beauty in the world and equal parts of the ugly. My intent is to capture images of my emotions to share and to spread awareness with an empathetic perspective. I've been labeled a "closet introvert and dweeb"...go figure but read the book "Quiet" and it may shed some light. I consider myself clever, not smart and I love it that way. Interests: People, Reading, Fitness, Parenting, SCUBA Diving, Vietnam History, African American History, Teaching Coloring and LAUGHTER!
