| August 7,8,9 | | Days for all shipped works to arrive at Fed Ex holding station |
| Aug. 15 & 16 | | Receiving dates for all hand-delivered work |
| August 24 | | Reception and Awards Ceremony |
| September 28 | | Exhibition closes |
| Sept. 30 & Oct. 1 | | Pick up hand-delivered work, 10am-4pm only |
| October 2 | | Shipped work returned with your packaging & prepaid label via Fed Ex |
